A Ph.D. from University of Western Ontario, with M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Thermo-Fluids specialization from Indian Institute if Technology, Bombay. A teaching and research combined portfolio. Interested in a career in research, with a focus on building performance, urban microclimate and the use of urban physics for sustainable design and operation of a built environment. Proficient user of CFD for building science applications, with publications on reputable journals. A winner of the Alan G. Davenport 2014 award for excellence in wind engineering, Ontario Center of Excellence through Early Career Award and SOSCIP grants 2013 – 2019.
